As a reseller, you will resell Cashcow! software and provide highly sellable, value added
products and services. Products include (and are not restricted to) POS hardware and peripherals,
and our own, simple-to-use in-house developed POS software.
The services you provide to your clients may include quotations, consulting, implementation,
customization, support and training.

What can I expect as a new Cashcow! reseller?
|
It’s simple: your success is our success. We want all of our resellers to be as
successful as they can be! For this reason, we are highly committed to making
sure you’re off to a great start.
We include 3 one hour training sessions initially, covering every aspect of our
software. This can be done over the phone and internet with desktop sharing software.
You will also be provided with an online management suite accessed through our
website that is an invaluable tool for communication and organization. We will
be backing you every step of the way.
We will also work with you closely for your first few clients to make sure that you
hit the ground running, and that you exceed every expectation.
Having said that, we also recognise that your customers are your own and unlike other
companies we respect your boundaries.

Who should join the Cashcow! Reseller Program?

We are looking for Value Added Resellers who know and look after their clients 100%.
People who are in the business for the long term, and most importantly, people of like
mindedness - whose core values match ours: integrity, friendliness, helpfulness, as well
as possessing "can do" and "I'm here to serve" attitudes!!
As a reseller you may presently fit into one or more of these industry categories: eftpos
specialist, payment solutions provider, IT professional, business entrepreneur, computer
retail outlet store owner or software vendor. Basically a reseller is anyone who has clients
that have a demand / use for the products we offer.

How does being a reseller work in practice?

2. Get in touch with us

3. Get approved as an Official Cashcow! Reseller
|
|
4. Learn about our products via our YouTube page and provided documentation
|
|
5. You’ll be provided with a demo installation of the Cashcow! POS system
|
|
6. You’ll get extensive one on one advanced training (3x 1 hour sessions)
|
Once you have become comfortable enough with our systems and have your first client,
it is up to you entirely how closely you wish to work with us. Generally, for the first
few sales we are willing to work closely with you to ensure your success.

1. Create an account on our website for the client (this is for the online resellers’ management suite)
|
|
2. Request a commercial licence and any hardware for whatever specifications the client desires
|
|
3. Proceed with the installation, and make sure the client is happy afterwards!
|
We have several flexible support and after sales services available to meet whatever requirements you have,
including daily automatic data backups. Be sure to talk to us about these so that we can cater to your needs!
