The Cash Declaration function is used in conjunction with the Cash Declaration Report. The staff enters in what they actually have in the till, so that this information can later on be verified by a manager.

Simply select an item from the list (such as 100 or 50, which means 100 dollar notes and 50 dollar notes) and then use the keypad to type in how much of that denomination we have. In the below example, we have 8 $20 notes which means that the total amount in $20s in the till is $160.

Once all the data has been entered, press the Save button.
