In the Stock Control screen, press the button highlighted below:
Specify a name for the file, and where you would like to save it.
Partial Inventory Export
It is also possible to export only part of your inventory, for example only a specific category or sub-category. To do this, run a search to bring up the item or items that you want to export, and then follow the export procedure above.
Whenever you do an Excel export, whatever you have on your screen will be put into the file - so if you're only looking at items that have the word 'coffee' then only those items will end up on the exported spreadsheet.
If you're looking at your full inventory, then the full inventory will be exported.
