In the example below, we are looking at the hourly financial report. With the Sort By dropdown menu, we can also specify daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views.
This report in particular can give real insights into your business, and we recommend you make good use of it!
Before we take a closer look at what this report is telling us, keep in mind that we can change the timeframe of the report by using the buttons highlighted just above. At the moment we're looking at data between 10:00 and 12:00, but we can pick any time we like with those buttons. This works the same way for all the other views available as well.
On the left hand side of the screen, what we're looking at is the comparison. There are three times: 10, 11 and 12. There are two dates: 5/12/12 and 6/12/12.
From this report we can see our sales data on these times, for both of these days.
We can tell that during 10am on the 5th we've done $15, and we can immediately compare this with 10am the next day. We're also given the change in percentage value, and the totals at the bottom.
All the other views work in a closely similar way.
