From the Setup Page, enter Stock Control followed by clicking button below:
And then click the image tab:

click the add to gallery button to select an image from your computer

click the one touch button you'd like to set the background for
You can also do this for popup buttons. The procedure is exactly the same, you just use the Popup Button menu to do it. Get there from from Stock Control by pressing the Popup Button button.

efficiency and ease of use, it is also possible to assign an image to an item
from the setup page > stock control > modify item screen:
