On the page below, the left hand side displays items in the system, and the right hand side displays those items that can be ordered from your selected supplier. To make an item orderable from this supplier, click on it. Note that it turns red, and it also now shows on the right hand side of the screen. To remove an item from a supplier, click on it again. Once you've added an item to a supplier, make sure to also input how much that item costs from the supplier.
When we save and go back to the previous page, and select the supplier we were just working on from the left hand side of the screen, we'll see that the right hand side now displays a list of items that we have specified as available from the selected supplier.
To use the suppliers function, it is also important to specify the current, minimum and recommended quantity levels for your items. Set these up by double clicking on an item from stock control.
