Select the customer account you'd like to modify.

Note that right now, we are barred from making any changes.

Before we can modify the account, we must click the edit button at the bottom of the screen:

The  edit button is now changed to Cancel Edit. Pressing this button now will discard any changes, and revert the account to what it was before. To save the changes you just made, press the save button.
