Timesheet and Roster

Timesheet
To enter the screen below, from the setup page press the View Timesheets button. By default, this page will display every staff account. You can however limit the list to only those accounts that have clocked in during a certain date period. To filter the list, select the date period from the top of the screen and press the search button.


Double clicking on a staff from this screen will show you a day-by-day breakdown of how many hours were worked by that particular staff. This page will also calculate the gross pay, and keep track of whether or not the staff member has been paid for the hours worked.


From here you can again double click on an entry to see a detailed breakdown of the clock in and clock out times specifically.

Roster

Additional to the timesheet that keeps track of hours worked, there is also a roster function. From the setup page, press the View Timesheets button followed by clicking the Roster button at the bottom of the screen.


To roster a staff:

  1. Select a date

  2. Select a staff member

  3. Specify start and end times for the shift

  4. Press the add button at the bottom of the screen


To complement the roster function a roster report is also available for your use. To access it, from the setup page press the View Timesheets button followed by clicking the report button at the bottom of the screen.
